KissBe is an online company retailing in wedding clothing and accessories. The company launched in 2010, and is run by Clare and Victoria, who both come from a Wedding Marketing background.

To add the required item your basket, click the Add button at the right-hand side of any product information page. Your basket will be displayed, with options to continue shopping or finish and pay. When you have finished shopping click on the Basket link at the top right-hand corner of the website. Please check that all items contained within your basket are correct and then click Proceed to Checkout to continue to purchase.
We will refund or exchange any unworn item within 7 days of receipt, minus postage and packaging charges. The original tags must still be on the garment in order for us to refund the item. If you need to return an item please email us at customercare@kissbe.co.uk with 'return' in the subject line, stating your name, address, order number and reason for return. You must also state whether you require a refund or an exchange. You can then post the item back to us. Your refund or exchange will then be processed within a week of receipt of the item.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our PayPal payment gateway. We also accept general PayPal payment and echeques.
You can also pay by Postal Order or personal cheque, however this can take much longer for your item to arrive as we have to wait up to five days for a cheque to clear before we can send your purchase.
An automated email will be sent when we receive your order for confirmation. We will also send a further email when your order has been dispatched.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. We do not store any of your financial details.
Yes, we can deliver a different address than that where your payment card is registered. When making your purchase there will be an option to add a separate shipping address for delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We deliver to all UK postal addresses. We can also deliver to overseas addresses, however you must contact us at support@kissbe.co.uk prior to placing your order. We can then inform you of delivery costs and expected timings.
We aim to deliver your purchase within 3 working days using Royal Mail standard delivery. Occasionally delays may be incurred by Royal Mail, which are outside of our control.
You can also order with our express delivery, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Express delivery orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Express delivery is a guaranteed, insured and signed-for service.
